Refunds & Returns 

We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Returns/exchanges apply to manufacturing defects, wrong item, or damaged items on arrival.
• For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use may not be eligible.

Exchange
• Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).
• If your requested color/size is not available, we can offer an alternative or store credit.

Refunds
• Refunds are approved after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method when available.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can be issued via bank transfer or wallet (as agreed).

Shipping costs
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/defect/damage), we cover return shipping.
• If the return is for personal preference, return shipping is paid by the customer.
